hey sweet, i think anywhere between 59kg and 74kg is medically considered “healthy” for someone your height. sometimes i think people place too much emphasis on numbers though… eating healthily, drinking lots of water and exercising is more important x

i’m eating between 1200-1300 at the moment. i eat a lot for that amount of calories though - i have three decent-sized meals a day plus two or three snacks. i just eat really healthy and write everything down.
if you’re hungry only having 1200 a day, bump it up 100 calories or so.
with my exercise, i usually burn around 200 calories a day. if i’m hungry, i’ll eat into the calories i’ve burnt, if i’m not hungry, i’ll leave the deficit.
for me personally though, i couldn’t keep up a diet/healthy eating plan if i was hungry all the time. and i love my food too much haha.

i work out at home. i’m a student with very little extra money, so at the moment i can’t justify paying for a gym membership, especially when i can go outside and run for free. i have a few bits of exercise equipment like dumbbells and an exercise ball too, so i’ve researched workouts i can do at home with them.
saying that though, i’d love to do a few yoga, spin and pilates classes one day!
i was a member of a gym a few years ago, and felt that i could do the work myself at home. but that’s just me! you could always join a gym for a month and see what you think :) x
